Our commitment
Emre Dirlik is committed to making the futcup mobile app and this website accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), implemented in Germany by the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), based on EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Measures we take
- All interactive elements carry accessibility labels for screen readers (VoiceOver / TalkBack).
- Touch targets meet the recommended minimum sizes (44×44 pt on iOS, 48×48 dp on Android).
- Color contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA in both light and dark mode; color is never the only carrier of meaning.
- The app respects the system font-size (dynamic type) and reduced-motion settings.
- This website is fully keyboard-navigable, provides visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, and semantic HTML landmarks.
Conformance status
The futcup app and website are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most content conforms, and remaining issues are being fixed continuously ahead of public launch. Known limitations are tracked in our issue tracker and re-tested with every release.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the German market surveillance authority for the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, MLBF).
